Dr. Bradley Kalinsky, MD
BOARD CERTIFIED INTERNAL MEDICINE
BOARD CERTIFIED NEPHROLOGY
Dr. Kalinsky earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his MD from the Medical University of of South Carolina. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. After spending time at Vanderbilt as an Assistant Professor of Medicine, he moved to South Carolina to join a private practice Nephrology group.
Dr. Kalinsky is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology and has experience in both plaintiff and defense expert witness consultation.
He lives in Mt. Pleasant with his family.
Dr. Luke D. Baxley, Jr. MD
BOARD CERTIFIED EMERGENCY MEDICINE
LT. COL. ARMY NATIONAL GUARD
Dr. Baxley is a 2002 graduate of The Citadel. He attended medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina and completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine, and currently serves at assistant director of a forty bed Emergency Department in Beaufort, SC.
Dr. Baxley has earned rank of Lt. Col in the Army National Guard and has served as a physician both at home and overseas.
Additionally Dr. Baxley serves as the Medical Director for several area fire departments. He lives in Beaufort with his family.
Dr. Baxley has experience in case review and analysis for legal purposes.
Amanda Kalinsky, BA, BSN, RN
NURSING
Amanda Kalinksy earned a BA in Biology from the College of Charleston, and a BSN from the Medical University of South Carolina. She has 13 years of nursing experience in a variety of fields including: Med Surg, Heart and Vascular, Spiral Cord and Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Hospice, Pediatrics and Orthopedics.
Amanda is a board member for the Creutzeldt Jakob Disease Foundation and serves as their Reproductive Options Consultant. She lives in Mt. Pleasant with her family.
Geneva Baxley, BFA, BSN, RN, IBCLC
NURSING
BOARD CERTIFIED LACTATION CONSULTANT
Geneva earned her BFA from Otterbein University and a BSN from Duke University.
Her areas of experience include: Med/Surg, Hospice and Mother/Baby. Geneva is a Board Certified Lactation Consultant and lives in Beaufort with her family.
Kathy C. Baxley
BUSINESS MANAGER
Kathy Baxley attended Clemson University and has been in medical practice management for 31 years. Notably, she spent 5 years working for Quorum Health Group Management Service Organization assessing and purchasing medical practices.
Kathy's practice scope includes: primary care, nephrology, general surgery and cardiology. She is a practice manager in Beaufort, SC.
